Description:
Tension: punctured and pulled. This wall-sized sculpture sought to play upon the body's relationship to walls and the space in between. Two large sheets of canvas were stretched across two opposite walls near a doorway. The two canvases were then sewn together from one end of the room to the other, resulting in a newly formed shape of the room. The lines that cut across the space also challenged inhabitants to consider their entry into the space.
